The annual league handbook contains everything you need to know about the league: league rules, management committee and club contacts, fixture details, the previous year's league tables and cup winners, performance awards and more. You can download a PDF copy of the 2008 handbook here. The handbook will, of course, be current only as at the date of publication (March 2008). For up to date fixture and contact details it is best to double-check this website.
